Here at countrymusiccontest.com we are always on the lookout for contests that specifically target country music songwriters and performers. Today our research uncovered a contest dedicated to country music artists that will give participants an opportunity to have the winner have his or her song recorded in Nashville.

The Soul Circus Cowboys have started this contest as their popularity grows and the incredible feedback to their hit single "Love's Like A Rodeo". Now they have been asked to record more songs and are using this country music contest in the hopes of finding a great new songwriter to help them in their pursuit.

Basic rules and information:

• Deadline is 12:00 Midnight on Friday May 28th, 2010. We are not certain what timezone they are considering so submit early just to make sure.

• The subject line MUST read "Soul Circus Cowboy Contest" in order to be considered.
• The Soul Circus Cowboys will submit the song they have selected to their production label for approval.
